Film
Designed as a landmark within its industrial landscape, this project combines a high‑performance production facility with a distinctive office building that immediately captures attention—even from the air. The architectural gesture is defined by a dynamic, star‑like footprint with softly rounded edges, creating a fluid geometry that stands apart from conventional industrial forms.
A defining feature of the design is the secondary metallic mesh shell that wraps around the office volume. This lightweight, sculptural layer forms a protective film that both embraces the building and elevates its identity. Beyond its expressive presence, the mesh functions as a bioclimatic filter, reducing solar exposure, improving thermal comfort, and contributing to the building’s overall environmental performance.
The result is an industrial complex where functionality and architectural character coexist seamlessly. The building becomes not only a workplace, but a visual statement—an iconic form that reflects the company’s forward‑looking spirit and its commitment to innovation.
The landscape design plays an equally important role in shaping the identity and experience of the complex. At the front of the site, a carefully curated micro‑environment of trees and planted areas creates a welcoming green threshold — the first impression for visitors and employees. This outdoor space serves as a pleasant break area while simultaneously acting as a natural buffer that reduces heat gain on the building. Through thoughtful planting and shading strategies, the landscape enhances comfort, supports the bioclimatic performance of the architecture, and reinforces the project’s commitment to a sustainable, human‑centered environment.
