Navis
This apartment orchestrates an architectural dance between openness and enclosure, blurring the lines between indoors and outdoors, private and communal spaces. It crafts a series of intermediate, transitional zones that take on fresh significance. The distinct areas within reflect the owners’ lifestyle and preferences, creating unexpected visual harmonies. Transparency permeates both the outer shell and interior design elements, enhancing spatial depth and connecting them to the unique surroundings. The distant horizon of the Thermaic Gulf becomes a constant presence, shaping the sense of home throughout the day and across seasons.
An impeccably maintained outdoor sheltered area caters to tenants’ needs, regardless of weather or season. Its custom-designed pergola shields from rain, its louvers rotating gracefully. Despite extensive glazing, the house remains insulated from external conditions, thanks to passive bioclimatic systems.
