Slope
This contemporary residence exemplifies minimalist geometric design, featuring clean volumes and expansive glazing that fosters seamless indoor-outdoor connectivity. Integrated into the sloping topography, the multi-level structure includes a series of bioclimatic pergolas, a bbq area and a rooftop veranda.
The landscape follows a terraced logic, utilizing stone-paved pathways and gravel zones to define functional areas. A sophisticated Mediterranean palette of cypress trees, structural boxwood, and cascading ivy complements the architecture. The garden is further enhanced by a sunken outdoor dining area, blending structural rigor with organic landscape elements.
The interior design emphasizes minimalist spatial clarity and an open-plan configuration. Textured walls and a neutral color palette define the living areas, which are flooded with natural light. The middle floor is partitioned into distinct functional zones, offering private quarters with a modular feel. Each room maintains a strong emphasis on light and volumetric simplicity, creating a sophisticated and tranquil indoor environment that celebrates modern functionality and architectural style.
