A listed as historic building, dated to 1925, once home to one of the many textile factories of its time in the heart of Thessaloniki, has been transformed into an Asian restaurant with an open kitchen. The main façade of the building on Kapodistriou Street has been restored to its original form, while modern interior configurations allow visitors to appreciate the building’s historical character.
The arrangement of tables in two lateral wings and a long central bar highlights the shape of the mezzanine, while prominent pendant lights fill the central void. The restaurant’s pop character is subtly conveyed through perforated partitions between tables, providing privacy for groups of diners.
Overall, the decoration remains understated and discreet, with bright colors and restrained textures. This harmoniously blends contemporary use with the building’s rich history.
